When you buy through our shop, we process:

• Email address (to deliver your license key and for follow-up questions)
• Payment data — processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe; we never receive full payment data (e.g. card numbers)
• Discord ID (optional, if provided for reminders/support)
• Technical data when visiting the site (e.g. IP address, via Cloudflare as our hosting/CDN provider)

3. Purpose of processing

Contract fulfillment (purchase, license issuance), support, statutory retention obligations (e.g. invoices).

4. Disclosure to third parties / processors

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection
• Discord — if a Discord ID is stored for notifications

Review/sign data processing agreements (DPAs) with the providers listed above, if required

5. Retention period

Add concrete retention periods (e.g. 6–10 years statutory retention for invoice data)
