Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (licenses for Discord bots/systems) through this shop, entered into between name/company ("Provider") and the customer.

2. Formation of contract

The contract is formed once the payment process with our payment provider is completed successfully. Once payment is received, the license key is created automatically and delivered by email.

3. Scope of services

The Provider grants a time-limited or unlimited license to use the respective bot system, bound to one device (HWID). Scope and duration are as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Euro (clarify whether prices include or exclude VAT, depending on small-business tax status).

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Since these are digital goods not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code) expires once the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period ends, and has acknowledged that this consent causes them to lose their right of withdrawal.

This consent must be actively obtained at checkout (checkbox), otherwise this clause is not effective — confirm with a lawyer and add to the checkout flow

6. Warranty

Add warranty terms for digital products (remedy for defects, etc.)

7. Liability

Add liability limitations (ideally reviewed by a lawyer — limitations are only partially effective against consumers)

8. Governing law

Add choice of law (only partially effective against consumers within the EU)
